The Gorilla Project is a raw, no-nonsense training system built for people who want to be strong as hell, explosive on demand, and conditioned to work when others fold. This isn’t your typical “gym bro” training program. This is about building brutal strength, violent power, and the work capacity of a fighter, while carving the dense, athletic look of an NFL linebacker.
At its core, The Gorilla Project is anchored around the Big 3: Squat. Bench. Deadlift, because real strength still matters, and always will. As Louie Simmons put it, “Weak things break.”
You’ll have 3 primary lifting days, pushing heavy iron with force, building power, and finishing each session with a 5-minute conditioning circuit designed to spike heart rate, torch fat, and force your body to adapt under fatigue.
Day 4 is the Workhorse Day: This is a savage, circuit-style conditioning session built to test your grit, lungs, and mental toughness. Sandbags, carries, loaded movement, and uncomfortable work that demands effort and rewards resilience. This is your weekly “gut-check”. If you’re not questioning your sanity at some point during this workout, push harder.
Day 5 is Sprint Day: Because power isn’t slow, and conditioning shouldn’t be soft. Short, aggressive efforts that build explosiveness, athleticism, and real-world capacity.
To put it simply, The Gorilla Project is for those who want to be built different. Those who want to rise above the average efforts that so many people are comfortable with. It’ll take all of your effort, but the real ones know that’s exactly what it takes to stand apart.
